Origin
At The Goat - Strength & Mobility Institute, LLC, our name is deeply personal. Coach Scott’s last name, Boeckh, comes from the German word for “male goat,” shown on his family crest. To Scott, the goat symbolizes curiosity, independence, resilience, and adaptability. These qualities guide his coaching and the experience he creates for every client.​

Our mission is to provide personalized programming that develops physically durable and mentally resilient individuals, empowering them through movement to meet life’s demands with confidence, maintain functional independence, and maximize their ability to thrive throughout their health span.
